Analysis of Instrument Activity in Gas Steam Generators

The operating conditions of a gas steam generator during operation are reflected through the indications of various instruments. Analyzing whether the boiler's working condition is normal based on the data displayed by these instruments and their changing trends is referred to as instrument activity analysis.

In a gas steam generator, normal operating parameters are measured by various thermal detection instruments located at different parts. The data collected includes pressure, temperature, flow rate, water level, current, and more. During normal operation, monitoring these parameters helps analyze and assess the operational status of the system. In the event of a malfunction, abnormal data changes can also be used to identify the location and nature of the issue, thereby creating conditions for immediate troubleshooting.
